Terms Of Use of "H0GW1LD3'5 Swine Shrine" MyPlay Locker

1. You can download/stream whatever the hell you want that's on there, but DO NOT delete anything.

2. DO NOT add any files without checking with me 1st, or the locker's going "bye-bye" and someone else can deal with that shit. I'm trying to have a non-copyright offensive place for everyone to get MP3's.

3. DO NOT add any files that are currently still in print (IE nothing that's still buyable) except in cases where the artist themselves have put the file on the internet for others to download (IE Slick Idiot's "It Won't Do"). Regardless, see also # 2.

4. DO NOT post the login info for the locker anywhere. It's here on this site & should only be for those who visit my site. This will also help to keep any pricks from getting into the locker and deleting all the good shit.

5. Bootlegs get an "Automatic OK" for posting in the locker, as long as it's an unofficial bootleg live show & some scummy bastard is trying to make money off of it.  If the band themselves stand to make money from the bootleg, then it is NOT ok to put it in the locker. 

6. The MP3 locker is only for artists covered at The Swine Shrine. Yeah, maybe "Ulver" rules, but I don't wanna see their shit in the MP3 Locker. If they're not covered on my site, keep them the fuck out of my MP3 Locker (unless, of course, i give the OK). But then again, this shouldn't be an issue cuz  you should have already read # 2.

7. If you are going to be contributing an MP3 to the locker(meaning you've e-mailed me & I've given the OK), Please try to have the MP3 encoded at 128 only (no Higher than 192!). I'm trying to keep as much free space as possible for new additions. 128 is CD quality & that's good enough.

8. If it's not covered here, and you're thinking about doing it, check with me 1st, please.
